[CC] A Walk in the Word takes us on a 10 day journey through the beautiful land of Israel. Jump on board with tour guide and host, Shirley Carpenter who leads us to the places that Jesus grew up, was baptised, taught, chose His disciples and lived.
At each location Shirley brings context to the teachings and events of the bible, and in turn gives a challenging insight to the Word of God and its relevance in today's world.
This documentary was filmed in late 2016 over a 12 day period, incorporating more than 30 different locations throughout Israel, on a bus tour with people from across the world. It is an inspiring and revealing look at some of the most loved stories from the bible with a backdrop that brings them alive, both physically and spiritually.
Shirley brings her unique knowledge of scripture and the Holy Land together in what becomes an exciting and challenging ‘Walk in the Word’.
