Ceci, a photographer for the local newspaper, is grieving her father's recent passing, which left her and her mother-in-law in charge of the family estate. Her father was known for hosting a beloved Christmas party where townspeople decorated trees on the estate grounds, with the proceeds from tree sales going to charity. One day, Ceci rescues a motorcyclist named Sam after an accident, only to suspect that he is only there to buy their land. As unexpected events unfold, Ceci and Sam find themselves reviving her father's cherished tradition.
