Society has come a long way in normalising and embracing it as a genuine health issue but there still exists a stigma when it comes to culture’s attitudes toward who it’s supposed to affect and how to deal with it.
This week's topic is Healthy Emotions, and in the studio are two amazing Aussie men who've had very different experiences with mental health, but shared similar journeys in having found the courage to reach out and talk about their emotions.
